Refunds.
Made to order, and made right.
Every signet is made to order, so it is final sale once you approve your proof. If something is wrong with it, we put it right.
Before you approve your proof
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your proof. Nothing has been cast.
Write to us through our contact page with your order number. We refund the full amount to the card you paid with.
After you approve your proof: final sale
Every signet is made to order, for one person, so it is final sale once you approve your proof. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges after that, including for a different design, gold, colour, size or engraving.
Please check your size before you order. Our size guide will help. A ring made in the size you chose is not a fault.
Faulty, damaged or not as ordered
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. If your ring arrives faulty or damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, we will repair it, make it again, or refund you.
- Not as ordered means the ring doesn't match the proof you approved: the wrong gold, colour, size, face or engraving.
- Faulty means a workmanship fault, which our warranty also covers.
- Damaged in transit: contact us promptly with photos of the parcel and the ring, and we will investigate the insured shipment.
Contact us with your order number and clear photos. If we need the ring back to inspect it, we'll tell you how to send it, insured. Return postage is paid by you, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires us to cover it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, in the currency you paid in. We process an approved refund within five business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
After delivery
We make each ring once, to order. We don't offer polishing, resizing, repairs or re-engraving after delivery, beyond what our warranty and the law cover.
