Who we are

makes signet rings to order and sells them online at crestsignetrings.com.au. We are the team behind Nathan Aubrey and Mens Rings Online. These terms apply to every order placed on this site.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
• Delivery within Australia is free. For the United States, Canada or New Zealand, please order from our international site, crestsignetrings.com.
• The price you pay is the total shown for your ring when you check out. It is worked out again on our side from the options you chose, so the price on the payment page is always the price of the ring you configured.
• You pay in full by card when you order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. We don't offer buy-now-pay-later.
• The charge appears on your card statement as MRO* CREST.

Your order and your proof

• When your payment goes through, we accept your order and show your order number on screen. Please keep it.
• A jeweller sends your proof within two business days: a drawing of the face and the exact words for inside the band. For a crest or emblem, the two days start when we have your artwork.
• Two revisions are included. Please check every letter, the gold, the colour and the size on your proof. We make exactly what you approve.
• Nothing is cast until you approve your proof.

Cancelling

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your proof. Once you approve it, your ring is made for you alone, so it is final sale. Our refunds policy explains what happens if something is wrong.

Your artwork and your mark

• When you send us a crest, emblem, logo or monogram, you confirm that you are entitled to use it. We engrave the design you supply. We don't research, grant or verify heraldry.
• We may decline a design that we believe uses someone else's mark without permission, or that we won't engrave for any other reason. If we decline, we refund you in full.
• Laser engraving is shallow and will not press a clear impression into wax.

Making and delivery

• We make your ring after you approve your proof. Made to order: about 6–7 weeks to dispatch for a plain face, and about 7–8 weeks with an engraved face or crest. Times are estimates, and we give you an expected date with your proof. We never promise same-day dispatch.
• Delivery is tracked and insured for the full value, with a signature on delivery, usually 1–5 business days within Australia.
• Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

Faults and our warranty

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms. If your ring arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us and we will repair, remake or refund it. Workmanship faults are also covered by our warranty. See our refunds policy.

Your information

We use your details only to make and deliver your ring, keep its entry in the Register and answer you. Our privacy policy explains how.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, where we make every ring.
